Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Animationg. We do our best to provide the best-quality products for our customers' maximum satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We accept requests for exchange or refund of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery, as detailed below for specific refund requests.
Returns and Exchanges:
1. Because these products are custom-made to order, we do not accept refunds without reason. We only accept compensation for quality issues. If you have any quality issues, please take a video and email us. We will respond to your message and resolve the issue within 24 hours. Return Processes
